Mary Ann Westendorf was born in Vancouver, BC, Canada and had worked in the Hospitality & Foodservice Industry for many years. She had a successful sales & marketing career with Konings Wholesale (Sysco), Neptune Food Suppliers (GFS) and as the District Manager for International Pacific Sales Ltd. working with both corporate, retail and food service accounts in BC, Manitoba and Saskatchewan. Decorating has always been a passion for Mary Ann. She earned a diploma in Interior Design and worked for a Jordan's Interiors in Vancouver. A career change with Adecco, a national personnel agency, also broadened her understanding of the shrinking labor market and the demands it’s making on today’s business managers, employees and their families.
Mary Ann is the founder and president of the Bizzy Butler Concierge Services Ltd. She created the company to help busy families and professionals balance their hectic lifestyles so they could find more time to spend with family and loved ones. With a growing staff of employees, Mary Ann and the Bizzy Butler Team have been serving the Greater Vancouver area since 2006. The initial thrust of the company was concierge services however the incoming calls for personal chefs, home organizing help and home staging services were quickly added to the company offerings.
“Yes, we can help!” is Mary Ann’s mantra and being diversified has been the path to her company’s success.
Mary Ann is also the co-founder and Western Regional Director of the Canadian Concierge Directory. The directory was designed to promote and create net-working alliances within the Canadian Concierge Industry.
Mary Ann is a member of The International Concierge and Lifestyle Management Association, the world's leading professional association designed to support concierge and lifestyle management professionals.
The Bizzy Butler is a Silver Leaf Member of the Professional Organizers in Canada and is the Community Initiatives Coordinator for the BC Chapter.
Maintaining an active life as a mother of four, grandmother, juggling an active career, family, horses, pets, entertaining and gardening has given Mary Ann a clear understanding of the needs of her busy clientele.
