Policies

    • 24 hour notice is requested in order to prepare schedules; however same day services will be expedited to the best of our ability, subject to available staff.
    • A three hour minimum charge applies to most requests and a deposit prior to rendering service may apply.
    • Time and travel fees include round trip travel from the Bizzy Butler Concierge office or Personal Assistant’s home.
    • Pre-payment for a portion of the agreed-to fee may be required when the service is booked. The balance of the payment is due and payable upon completion of the service.
    • Grocery/shopping trips , third party expenses will require pre-payment by a Visa or MasterCard deposit and the balance to be paid, upon completion of service.
    • We accept cash, cheques, money orders, Visa, MasterCard; all prices are in Canadian dollars. cc-accepted
    • Gift Certificates will be redeemed at the dollar value when purchased and applied as a credit to the invoice.

Service Fees

    • Credit card payments are subject to a 5% up charge to cover administration and banking fees.
    • All past due Invoices will be subject to 15% interest charges.
    • NSF cheque fee is $25.00, plus applicable bank charges.

Cancellation

    • 24 hour notice is required for cancellation of service. In the event of a cancellation, you will be responsible for any costs already incurred.
    • Deposits are non-refundable

Privacy

    • Your personal or business information will never be sold or shared with a third party, except with your consent to fulfill the specific service which we are sourcing for you.
