How many types of Appetizers?

Small party: 3 types of appetizers are suitable for 8 to 10 guests; and 4 or 5 different appetizers are suggested for 14 or more.

Larger parties: Over 20 but less than 45 guests then plan on using roughly 6 different appetizers.

For parties with more than 45 guests you would ideally prepare 8 - 10 types of appetizers.
* Guests generally consume approximately 5 appetizers per hour
*Food & labour cost depends on the selected menu items and the time it takes to prepare the various appetizers.

How to proceed?

A deposit is required to book your event and to cover the cost of food and supplies. The invoice balance is payable upon receipt of the final invoice. You pay for the cost of the groceries and supplies plus the hourly rate for shopping & food preparation. Service personnel fees are applied, as required. For optimum service levels, we recommend one server for every 25-30 guests. A 5% admin fee will be applied to grocery and supply purchases made on your behalf to offset banking fees. We are covered by WCB, fully insured and have excellent references.

Bon appétit!
