The Bizzy Butler will:

• oversee your move-in or move-out
• help you pack or unpack
• help downsize and separate items for storage, for donation and to keep!
• deliver important keys or documents
• locate rental and storage facilities
• wait in your home for trades people, service personnel or deliveries
• ensure that your furniture is placed in the appropriate area in your home
• perform light housekeeping while we wait (time permitting)
• arrange a “wine and cheese party” to help you meet your new neighbours or say good-bye to your current ones
• purchase your groceries and stock the pantry for your move-in day
• arrange personalized tours of your new area to introduce you to the retail merchants, restaurants, gyms, outdoor activities and points of interest in your new area

Our team of  Moving  Consultants and Professional Organizers will stage your home for resale, review and plan the furniture layout for your new home and provide all the services to help you transition effortlessly from one home to the other.

The Bizzy Butler offers Interior Decorating,  Professional Organizers and Relocation Specialists to ensure your move will be as stress free as possible with a reasonable hourly service fee.

Homeowners who are downsizing or merging two families will receive guidance to accomplish the task at hand. We are with you every step of the way. We will sort, help you purge, pack and take unwanted items to charity, consignment, recycling or box items for family  members.

The Bizzy Butlers respect your confidentiality, your home, your belongings and deliver personal services with a high degree of professionalism.  We absolutely love what we do! 

If required, we will help set up new utilities and cancel unwanted services, change-of-address mailings,  arrange for mover’s quotes, liaise with realtors, lawyers and trades people.

As your Moving Consultant, we will arrange  for services such as lawn service, computer setup and contractors.  If it needs to be done, we will make it happen.  

We put all the finishing touches on your  new home after unpacking.  The Bizzy Butlers will organize your home efficiently; hang pictures, arrange decorative items, shop for groceries and perishables,  polish the furniture and make your bed, complete with turn down service!   

If you wish, our Catering Team will come back and cater a Housewarming Party for you!
